What is Dual Agency? This is where the SAME agent represents both the Seller and the Buyer. I can understand why the Agent would want this: they don't have to share their commission. What I can't figure out is why the Seller and Buyer would want it!

Its like getting sued and the same Attorney that is supposed to have YOUR interest at heart also represents the person you are suing! Make sense to you?
